An integral part of the TLC Maintenance & Guarantee Program is a commitment by you to participate in our Annual Maintenance Program which includes:

• Regular client newsletters to keep you apprised of changes that may affect you;
• Reasonable phone calls by you, your representatives, or your professional advisors to anyone in our office at no charge;
• Online portal via the firm website with information and videos aimed at keeping you current with the changing legal environment;
• Law firm-initiated changes to your documents, if requested, to take advantage of changes in the law;
• “Word processing” amendments to your estate planning documents;
• On-going guidance with funding of new assets acquired during the year;
• Annual trust review at your request;
• Assistance to your disability panel to verify your disability and get your successor Trustee appointed;
• Meeting with your family or helpers upon your disability or death to explain the Plan you created and outline the assistance available in maintaining or settling your plan (any new services, if required, will be identified and billed separately);
• Annual social event for you to enjoy; and
• Special pricing for family members to do planning during the year.

As part of our maintenance services, we may from time to time recommend legal changes in your documents.  To take advantage of “general” changes (changes that affect all clients the same) in Trust, Medicaid, Asset Protection, or tax law, regulations, or judicial decisions. Other changes may reflect ideas or new strategies we learn from experience.  Both of these general changes are made at no charge and are initiated by us rather than you.
