We’re looking for an individual who has a high level of communication and relationship-building skills to help us process, troubleshoot and solve problems for clients as a full-time client service coordinator.
Our company specializes in estate planning, Elder Law, probate, and asset protection. This position will take on a significant amount of responsibility and the right candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and also enjoy following up with people in an organized and clear way; using a friendly tone at all times. Qualifications:
-Organization: Organizing projects/cases/calendars? That’s like second nature to your talents. Your organizational skills are strong and can help streamline client operations when scheduling meetings and appointments and keeping the firm running in an efficient manner.
-Independent & Case Management: You have some experience in case management/handling client files. You are confident and able to meet with clients one on one (via Zoom or face to face) if needed.
-Data Entry & Excellent with Technology: As a data entry expert, you are tech savvy and love to use technology to make the client experience better! You’re great on the computer and such a pro that you know how to use all of the latest communication software for remote meetings.
-Good Listening Skills: You have terrific listening skills and because of this strong ability, it makes most people naturally feel comfortable around you which works in your favor when speaking with clients especially over the phone and by email or face-to-face meetings!
-Strong Follow Through Skills: You are able to set deadlines, tasks, juggle multiple balls in the air while always delivering on time for clients and the attorneys’ cases you are assigned to.
-Problem Solving: If a customer requests your assistance on the phone, you are quick to discuss solutions, including post-meeting instructions and follow-up strategies, with them while remaining professional in demeanor.
-Professional: Your daily hard work is evident in both your professionalism and attention to details as well as your conversations which maintain a positive atmosphere.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
